As an employer I feel sorry for my workers and always wish I could do more for them, sadly in economics increased costs to production will have to be absorbed somewhere, unfortunately our ability to export this increase costs gets harder as other countries enjoy cheap labor or have become heavily automated so we will have to put this onto our local customers which means increased cost of living. There are no 2 ways in this story, increasing wages increases inflation, this is the law of economics and will not bend to any government
